Happy with my race this morning. It's a lovely bit of countryside, a very happy vibe and I felt happier with my run than I have done for ages.

If I could just knock 22 seconds off my parkrun time I would move up to Bluefish Tuna in the Fetch standards :-)

I have twisted my ankle again whilst walking on the towpath. Currently on the sofa with a bag of frozen peas on it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've booked in for a massage on Wednesday, follow-up to my back the other week and I think my calves need some work on them, especially the one that was injured in January. I would have gone a couple of weeks ago but that's when I came off my bike, the bruises have nearly gone and I still have a bit of scab on my knee.

Crikey, I sound like a real old crock. :)
