It's a lovely bit of countryside, a very happy vibe and I felt happier with my run than I have done for ages. If I could just knock 22 seconds off my parkrun time I would move up to Bluefish Tuna in the Fetch standards

I would have gone a couple of weeks ago but that's when I came off my bike, the bruises have nearly gone and I still have a bit of scab on my knee. Crikey, I sound like a real old crock.
