I had a good time at my race - Leaflet got a new PB, (obviously I didn't, but I felt stronger than at the 10k a couple of weeks ago, so that's all good).

My running is still a bit in and out at the moment. Need to get some consistency before my next event.

I tentatively offer this podcast on exercise and menopause, which I listened to recently and found fascinating, partly because it’s a subject I feel woefully ignorant about but also because it talks about women’s different responses to exercise to men’s and how so much of what we think we know is based on research with only men (how is that not surprising) pca.st

Not doing a great deal of running at the moment, but lots of walking with the dog.

Went for a nice long walk in the woods today with D2 who needs to do get a few long walks ahead of her DofE trip in a few weeks.

Dog walks, bike rides all done - none of them long bit still.

Shattered.com here so will chill now.

Have eaten so much rubbish lately and drunk more than I normally would. Tomorrow it stops - no chocolate, back to much less booze and back to exercising properly.
