Mandy, it sounds as though you're reversing Easter and Lent; eating rubbish and drinking during Lent, and now that it's Easter you're going all austere. Somebody (?Daisy) asked whether I was still ahead of the tail walker in parkruns. Certainly I am; the tailwalker, along with a little group of walkers who seem to be enjoying a convivial stroll, comes in at over an hour. And there are usually at least half a dozen others behind me.

Easter and its pagan equivalent are my favourite festivals of the year No exercise for me today, we've had the family round for dinner and chat. Lovely pf course but champagne in the middle of the day has made me very sleepy now 💤💤

Meant to be doing some system testing today but it’s behind schedule. Trying to do better with work/life balance so not changing my plans to fit this in. So eventually went out for 5k at 4.30pm after procrastinating about it and then an unexpected visit from sister & co. Cracking day for it.
