Thought for the day. We all underrate the value of rest in ourselves, even when it seem such an obvious course of action for other people. Maybe we should all think of ourselves in the third person :-)

I do sympathise however that sometimes when i think im too tired to run, it turns out it was my mind that was tired and it is just what i needed. And sometimes its forced all the way, and my body is struggling, and if i keep forcing it, it will break and ill ruin the love. And sometimes i’m expecting it to feel easy, and i run all wrong trying to run different than i am. If only i could get better at telling which is which :-p
