Well done all racers and belated Happy Birthday wishes Dio cake

Despite feeling pretty rubbish in body and mind I pushed myself out of the door and did my planned 10 miles. It wasn’t rapid but the longest run I’ve done since September. Finished feeling fairly mashed in the leg department but much better in the head

Long run today for me over 3 hours luckily the rain stayed away
Cannot believe the weekend is over early shift tomorrow so best I get some sleep 💤

Excellent racing and running, notwithstanding some tough weather conditions out there. Well done! Hope the ankle recovers soon, Neil. It is hard to stop but you know you did the right thing.
