My aquathlon was ok; I only managed 2nd in AG this time (the woman who took 1st in AG was a much faster swimmer than me!) but overall I did better than last month.

Good half marathon today; new course which I was sad about because the old one was great but actually it was a good course. Raining and blowing a bloody gale though. Perfect conditions - I always go better in bad weather! Plus a jog to the pub afterwards means that (for about five minutes) I'm ahead of Papa Whiskey
