It's just too painful to manage such a long distance with my left hip. Anything over 10k and I fall apart. I was under a bit of pressure to not be away for the day as it's also my birthday, so at least the rest of the family are happy.

Im sorry Groundhog, i hope you have a good birthday nonetheless Peregrinator took me on a fine run through mud and slurry yesterday. At one point he slid to fully immerse himself in the experience. I stayed upright unsportingly. Fine work all round.
