Ooh, happy birthday Pothunter

Sadly I'm not going to make it to Hastings half this year. It's just too painful to manage such a long distance with my left hip. Anything over 10k and I fall apart.

I was under a bit of pressure to not be away for the day as it's also my birthday, so at least the rest of the family are happy.

I'm struggling to keep up, have just cleared millions of notifications.

Been to a gym class then did my run. It was warm but breezy. Having a coffee in IKEA before my pump class.

Im sorry Groundhog, i hope you have a good birthday nonetheless
Peregrinator took me on a fine run through mud and slurry yesterday. At one point he slid to fully immerse himself in the experience. I stayed upright unsportingly. Fine work all round.

Dipps, I am glad to hear Peregrinator is out getting muddy. I had a horribly muddy dog walk yesterday, nearly fell several times.
