Happy mothering Sunday! Hugs to those whose mums are no longer at the end of the phone or with whom you have a difficult relationship ❤️.

It is also my mum's birthday so 2 phone calls for the price of 1 🤪.

No chance of my lot even knowing it is mothers's day (in fairness, women's day in Iceland passed and Italian mothers' day is in May; but they never remember them either).

Weather lovely here but cold. I will go to the service at Nuuk cathedral (in Greenlandic) and maybe, just maybe, dp that hill session on the plan. But I got my LSR in yesterday so I am taking it easy and enjoying my alone time.

How to celebrate Mothering Sunday? Run (*very* slowly, obvs) 13.5 miles 🥵😂 In truth, I walked the last mile. I just get fed up when I know I'm nearly at the end!

Came home to a gorgeous bouquet of flowers 💐 and here are some for everyone who's a mother, or has ever had a mother ;-)💐💐💐

Went for 6.5 miles with the Sunday group. Back feeling it now so off for a back.

First because I slacked off yesterday I have day 6 & 7 of the Moo daily challenge and they sound brutal but that’s what I get for slacking

Afternoon gonks. A good day out in Blackpool yesterday, was a little delicate and dehydrated this morning. Have eaten a bacon butty and now got a cat on my knee. Will do a short-run later.

As there weren't many bars that sold gluten free beer, I ended up having lots of rum and coke and have decided I'm a pirate.
