Definitely helped with Inverness being on this weekend as it was a smaller turnout so not so congested at the start. I’m also managing the hill at the start a lot better.

IdristheDragon 9 Mar 5:48pm, 9 Mar 2024 6,741 posts	0 IdristheDragon Went to Alness parkrun and did good running which felt fine (and felt glad that my own target pace tomorrow is a bit slower). But the run won’t count as a parkrun as timing and places got cancelled as someone collapsed (not sure whether park runner or someone walking) and when I was on the way back I saw an ambulance with paramedics running along to find them. A volunteer said that they didn’t know whether the defibrillator will have got to them soon enough or not. I hope they are ok.
