Nice simple day for me - the joy of being an old retired person is not lost on me! So, dog walk then I think perhaps I'll have a go at some intervals. It's a lovely sunny morning here, hurrah!

I do sympathise with all the people on here keeping plates spinning - I've done my share of that and know how tough it can be so I'm giving you all a big hug xx

Off to Suffolk shortly to see sis for a couple of days. Will get to see the mighty ITFC in action and then hopefully get round my ten mile event on Sunday morning.

I'm sure my recent warm weather 'training' in Sweetie territory will see me through.

Finally got everything together for my Fulbright application, including letter of invitation (that I asked for 3 weeks ago). Then read instructions and realised invitation should be written TO ME not to Fulbright. So we have to do-over. And it is due 1st March. And I am traveling 29th feb and 1st March so I need to get it in on 28th.

Takes. Deep. Breath.
