Good morning! Hope everyone's in good shape after the weekend and here at least, a pretty wild night weather-wise. Final PT session this morning. I've decided to take a break from 1-to-1 sessions for a month, and to use the gym instead. It's also a test of my self discipline - will I do at least 1 session a week? If not, I'll go back to paying for private sessions. |

Morning all. Some fantastic things happening this weekend Fleecy, Idris, Daisy, JenHB, Mr & Mrs AL, Carp and PW A big wow to all of you On a train to London. I was the only person who turned up to bootcamp this morning - I think the forecast scared everyone else off, but it remained dry throughout. *polishes halo* |

Well, that was an experience yesterday. I did not run the marathon I wanted to, energy levels just dropped away after mile 9. But they picked up with four miles to go, especially when I could hear a club mate shouting about a mile away which really helped me. Sprinted in the last 100 metres, HP training! Already planning next year! 🤣 |

Well done @MaltDrinker Phenomenal achievement and even more so given you had Covid a few weeks ago. Was a cracker of a day for it. Sorry didn’t see you, saw DQ and she did a great job in the 10k.

Well done MaltDrinker. 10 miles for me this morning, now have a 1-1 lesson at the studio with a student who is busy making cards so I'm catching up on admin/fetch! I got very wet this morning. |
