Mr AL and I enjoyed our Duathlon, though hillier than we were expecting. Pleased with my run times, but I do need to get more cycling in my legs.

Warsaw mara was as awful as I feared. Severe back and shoulder pain kicked in at 11k and from there it was a war of attrition to the end. Shout out to Papa Whiskey for absolutely storming it despite injury.
Mr Carp did well in the 10k and Mrs PW smashed it :)

Also made it to 700 this morning but forgot about a bin photo. Well done Idris and racers :)
