I found drinking water before a run is more helpful than sipping during a run, and that a gap of 4hrs is about right between eating and running, so its more about eating decently the day before

All the paperwork for our house sell, need to find some where for us to live (OH has changed his mind on moving to France). Woke in the night was really bad cramp in One leg, and then the other. Jumped out of bed so quick I then went dizzy! I would like to get to the gym too if I get chance..... forgot what it looks like

I eat loads of nuts throughout my day, although I don't eat breakfast. Fetchie flyby for me today too, double hooray... Plus sports therapist, weights session if time and then going to a gig in central London - where ds is the bass player.
