Will use an alternative route and count my blessings as I run.

I'm in my running kit but low abdomen still a bit sore so I'm being sensible and the only exercise post dog walk is long overdue housework. I'm wondering - might this problem be a hernia? I have no lumps (well apart from the usual layer of blubber).Maybe I should consult a GP? I'd probably be fit and well again by the time the appointment came.
