Well done Idris. Excellent. Glad your dad getting better Som. Group run today and managed 13.1 miles. Was hard, hard work at times. Walked a few bits. Was surprisingly warm too. I was overheating a bit and even has to strip off and take long sleeve top off around 5 miles. Still had t-shirt on at least! |

Great news about your dad, Som And fab running, Idris! My own form has fallen off a cliff. I struggled round 10k with a lot of walkibg. I am not quite sure what to do. If I don't get better soon, it'll be just a half for me at Mývatn. But on current form, I could not even manage that |

Morning! I was looking at conquercise zones over the weekend and I noticed you had been walking / running in my neck of the woods ageingtractor Sounds frustrating ITG but Mývatn is still 3 months away, you have time to get through this bad patch. Quiet day on the cards for me, some yoga and a little walk I think. |

Thanks, girls. Form was awful before I gave blood (horrible 15k with loads of walking last weekend). I'll see how March goes when I will be in Greenland and make a call. I don't want running to be miserable so maybe aiming for a solid half is a better option, rather than committing to the necessary marathon training. |
