I jogged 15km, including around a local wetland area. Very chuffed with my recovery

I am lying on the bed which looked so comfy after my hot bath! Metric survived - far too hot a day, poorly looking runners littering the last few miles. Good to see lots of Fetchies though ❤️🖤

Kraków Half today. Started chilly, then got hot. I'm slightly disappointed by my time - 2:28:34 when I wanted 2:20 or close - but I've run a lot recently. Good event.
