Well done LG on completing the challenge. 700 700 700 for AL. Excellent binnage. We got a bit lost trying to find the start of parkrun today, then I needed a poo. I ended up starting over 2 minutes behind everyone else. 26.00 on my watch but will be more like 28.30. ๐คฃ๐คฃ Lovely course at Daventry and the new shoes felt fab. Sal did 30.30 or so. Both got races tomorrow in Gosport. |

Great binnage AL Nice 5k done then a tour round the local radio station by the presenter of the breakfast show. He is doing it again for October as he threw it out on air that if anyone doubled his amount he would. A local firm gave him the money . |

AL's 700, and an excellent bin picture (Going back a few pages) I've been running in Hokas for years. Having woken up at 4, and being still awake at 6, I gave up trying to get back to sleep, made tea, had breakfast and off to the parkrun. I doubt if I shall be able to stay awake this afternoon. Looking at the parkrun results, I see there was a Fetch Everyone Running Club member in it. Name of Mark Beech. Anyone know him? (he finished in 26:35. Seems to have done a lot of parkruns, but this was his first time at The Groe. Maybe he's collecting them). |

Well done LG. Not easy to get out every day. You doing it again in October?! ๐ Great pic AL 700 Glad you found parkrun and had a poo Som ๐ I met a couple of friends and did some pre parkrun miles so a nice way of getting 7 miles done. After me saying Iโll be glad to get back to doing just 5k on a Saturday. |

Think my answer sadly is a no KimCanRun. I was saying to J when we were running that I might keep up getting out for something every day but not feel pressured into having to. Indeed I have signed into Shondoโs 5 miler tomorrow if you fancied it. |

I have run every day in September and also a few days at the end of august. Am thinking I might keep on but to my own distances rather than the run the sum ones as if I can do it for I think 17 more days Iโll get to 50 and a badge ๐
