Fort William parkrun for us this morning - although I will only be walking.

Morning peeps. No parkrun for me. Going to see others who had also signed up for the 5k a day challenge and we shall do the last one together. Don't know any of them but think we are running what we call 'the buns route'. We haven't been the 'buns' for a long time but any time anyone runs it they say they did the buns route

Good luck to all doing runs, races or even just life stuff. Make it fun.

Good morning all. Back home after a lovely time in Kent/East Sussex with friends. Must go back that way with OH sometime.

May not have time for a run today. Lots of shopping needed (food and birthday presents) and the housework could do with a proper bit of attention.
