Am getting nearer to completing Run The Sum. Today I need to do 11km in total. So far 5.78km as was out at DragonSon's gig last night and was too tired to get up to run 11km before work. So a lunchtime run beckons.

Morning all and ((hugs)) where needed.

Yesterday I did my last long long run before my October race. It was a real struggle towards the end, maybe because it still felt somewhat humid out. God knows where I’m going to find the energy to run half as much again!

I was sooo tired yesterday evening and again this morning - why do I do this to myself?

No!!! The people who are SBR events have decided to retire. Their last event is Longhorn next April. I loved my first (and realistically) only marathon with them.
