Have done a walk and then some intensive house tidying. Going to go for a 10k ish run as a rest (I don’t like housework!)

Early run frosty and icy. Showered & dog walk.

Local bank robbed today pinktinkrrr school put in lock down lots of police about and a helicopter 🚁 was called in.

Rumours have it they got one of the thieves looking for two more.

Just a couple of treadmill runs so far this week, 2-3 miles each. I’ll venture back outside at the weekend for the Parkrun, hopefully a bit warmer by then

House is finally warming up, sadly have to go through the same again tomorrow as still can't find the issues so as well as the Conservatory roof off tomorrow all the windows etc have to come out too! Wish we had never had the stupid thing done!

Oh no Moo :( Snuggle up in bed with a book while they work.

I ran :) (sort of). Finally on the board. Feels a bit sore but not painful.

Now cooking plain rice for poor Biscuit to see if he'll keep it down.

That sounds really dramatic, Caz. I suppose the school was put in lockdown in case the thieves thought of taking hostages?
Snow overnight, and more this morning. It prevented my boiler expert from coming and giving the boiler its routine annual service. Annoying. Took the bus into town, and then walked back (just over 2 miles) over the snow.

Oh Mandy, that's dreadful for you. I hope the problem is soon found and fixed.
Stanley is sending Biscuit get well doggy vibes.

I went out for a run in the afternoon sun, aiming for a mile minimum but ended up doing 5k as I was enjoying myself so much. It didn't feel like I was putting in too much effort, but I was running about a minute a mile faster than I thought. Very satisfying :)
