Morning. At work and already had three meetings and have been battling with recalcitrant review software.

ION I entered an event - the Punchbowl marathon on 12 February. I don't really know why I did that, and even worse it's the 30 mile event :-o

I will be staying in bed today. Meeting at work yesterday and on my way out I was nobbled by the staff vaccine stand in the corridor. I did need to get the flu vaccine and ended up with covid as well - one in each arm.
Every time I get out of bed, I start shivering violently.

Walked for 5 miles while the car got serviced and MOT'd. Found a museum so the morning turned out a lot more interesting than I thought it was going to.

Hello all

Busy day, 2 dog walks, successful shopping trip, quick zwift session. Just shy of 20,000 steps for the day. JD Fire consumed and spaghetti bol on the go - a good day 😁

Hi gonks, it was -2 when I ran this morning. Thankfully, the canal path is usually good to run on even when there's ice on the roads and it was nice this morning. Glad I wrapped up. Then I was in Leeds for a workshop and then a few hours in the studio.

I've got a sale in my Etsy shop - etsy.com incase anyone needs a January bargain!

Plan is to run tomorrow morning, then a meeting with someone who is interested in sponsoring me as an artist - could be very interesting!

A busy day here too. I got my hair cut mid-morning, collected Geoff's prescription, ran home, but didn't fit in a visit to my dad's as I had to have a GP phone call to renew my prescription and by the time that was done, my dad had gone bowling. Stanley had fun on his walk this afternoon, but didn't like the puddles all being frozen as he couldn't get a drink en route :)
