I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience with a dentist, starting with the one I had when I was 11 who told my mum that there was no point me having a brace unless I was planning on being a model (!!! which I very clearly wasn’t but still !!!) and as a result my crowded mouth and wonky teeth have been an issue ever since. I’m wondering whether I can afford to spend some money now getting them done.

In other news - I jogged a couple of miles around the village this evening, still trying to get my bearings. It’s a nice place but we are very much in the cheap seats 😂. Oh well, it’s a house and it’s ours and it’s ok.

I went out for a run this evening and did my Virtual Mile. I knocked some more time off it - I kept wanting to stop but somehow managed to keep going.
