Morning all. Iā€™ve missed loads but have picked up that a few people need healing vibes, so sending them by the bucketful.
Enjoy Londonning, TBCers and I hope you donā€™t get too wet.

Please can you take me off the York 10k list, Dipps. Iā€™m running again, but only allowed to do a couple of miles at a time so far. Itā€™s not hurting my hamstring so Iā€™m going to be able to build up again, but slowly (pace-wise and distance-wise).
