Idris I am the Queen of Thinking I Need to Walk When I Don't Really Need To so I salute you for a non-stop 5k!
I enjoyed my trot out in the fields (mainly) this morning, but was a bit gobsmacked at how slow I was. Oh well, got to start back somewhere.

LD, it's good to get started again. Don't worry about pace, just enjoy being out there. The pace will increase in time :-)

Track was good - a pyramid session of 1,2,3,2,1,1,2,3,3,2,1 minutes with half the time as recovery between each intervals. I aimed for sub 8's and hit it on every one, ranging from around 7.40 to 7.55. And I jogged on the recovery instead of doing my usual walking. I'm feeling quite fit at the mo. :-)

Morning everyone.

Nice track session Som.

Can’t decide whether to run 10 x 400m or 5 x 800m intervals today. Think it’s going to be a warm one today.

Morning peeps

Gym class done but nothing else. Ran the sum total of 3 miles this week and that parkrun on Saturday. Don't think I'm interested at the moment. I still have a sore throat too.

Just back from a run/walk (a longer rest between them seems to be working.) Feeling super sluggish this week.
