Morning all Seems you have been below par for a while now LittleDonkeyDaisy, hope you are soon rid of the bug 🤞🏻 I am going to test the ankle today, treadmill is the safe option, friends invited me to join them for 6 miles, I would have joined them but not worth the risk as a couple of miles would be off road. |

Morning! Driving to Keflavik today so there wikl be some walks while I charge the car and maybe even some conquersizing. Weather is warmish and still so unless I go really fast, hoping the electricity consumption is good. Stikl adjusting to the leccy business. It really is great in town but not quite good enough for the 450km to the airport - that we do only about twice a year and for which we still have the diesel if we are in a hurry.

Morning gonks. 4 miles done. Am trying to train a bit smarter so worked out what pace my easy runs should be and I'm usually too fast on them. Kept each mile over 10 minutes a mile so job done! |

Treadmills set my hip niggle off Mrs J - must be to do with the way they affect my gait.

Lip Gloss
Wasn’t the news I was hoping but not too disastrous and I will still be going in less than 100 days.

Glad wasn’t as bad as thought LG. But not long to go now, plus your on hols soon. Be retiring before you know it. Physio appointment this morning. Bagged a cancellation with my preferred one. Not sciatica as I was thinking it could be. Probably down to me power washing, painting and my general posture! Got exercises that don’t involve a foam roller. |
