Well done AR 👏

A late night run done. Started my warm up at 11pm. Ran along the canal path, only 1 other person, a bloke on a bike who seemed quite drunk lol.

Hugs, bandages, drugs and more hugs for those who need them. We are off to see the parents tomorrow, plan was to camp in the garden as got the teen with us but having seen that there are storms forecast for Saturday afternoon and evening we are going to all squeeze in the house!!!

Managed to get out and run intervals yesterday so might just jog a mile or so today.

I seem to have found myself making a cake for the newly weds wedding celebration party tomorrow so today will be spent doing that (still not quite sure how it happened 😂)
