Hurrah for not-being-sciatica for Kim.

MrsJ, I used to run on treadmills quite a lot but can't do them at all now - haven't tried for a few years but I couldn't balance on them the last few times I tried.

Did a workshop for probation service guys in Wakefield. One had never tried any type of printing before and made a couple of lovely little prints including his daughter's name. After he told me he'd been struggling a lot lately, with depression. He couldn't believe how much he enjoyed doing the lino printing today and got such a buzz from seeing his work printed. Made me all ruddy happy.

In other news, I wore compression socks under my jeans as my legs ached after running this morning and it seems to have done to trick!
