Morning all :-)

Got off my moon and went for a 10k run this morning. First morning run I’ve done in ages. Feel good now but I suspect this afternoon may be a struggle!

Well, I made hard work of the tempo run because I ran the second mile too fast! No wonder it hurt, kept thinking I was going to slow so sped up 🤦‍♀️ I survived though :-)
