Well done on the run, Corrah.

I treadmilled to avoid the wet and windy stuff. Nephew, his wife and 3 week old baby came to visit this afternoon. She's an angel and slept for hours while I help her. Babies usually cry when I hold them, so she is a very special little girl 😇

Aaaw, cute baby grand niece :)

I'm in the apartment on my own - sent the others out to find a nice bar. I'm not badly hurt, but fell down the concrete steps outside and landed heavily on my back. I can walk but certain movements and any bending are very painful:( Hoping it'll settle quickly. Not risking it tonight, but I will tomorrow.

We only did 1 run yesterday as hardly anything was open with all the new snow so too busy for our liking. Today should be much better.

It was my niece's birthday yesterday so it was a lovely family gathering with my nephew and family also. Also doing a bit of great aunt duties, i.e. not sitting in a corner overseeing, but crawling on the floor, playing with a train set (2 year old) and crawling around with a 4 year old on my back. I think I'm getting a bit old for those games. :)
