I did a 21.1km run - had planned the route and put it on my Garmin but wasn’t expecting the paths to have so much mud!

Challenged myself to run in different places today and glad I did it. Feel quite proud of my body for being able to do that (and also my mind for keeping at it).

Also quite pleased to have grown my lawn in conquersize and get my biggest one day total for Fetchpoint 😂

Well done, Idris! I cut my run short by 2.5km because it was so cold and I was knackered (and a bit lazy). Good for you for sticking it out in tough conditions! Fetch games are a really good incentive to explore new places. I went round the stables to get a few new circles on my map but sadly no new conquersize. The fjörd has frozen over so it is a bit tempting to walk across and scoop some up! [No, I am not quite that stupid though.]

21 miles done today shall not be moving to much for the rest of the day apart from washing machine to dryer. Taper starts now :-)

Cycling today. 40 miles done with a big (for me) hill at the start and at the end. Plus the final 20 miles was into a strong headwind. Trying not to sit down as I fear, I may go to sleep and not wake up for a while.

Congratulations to PH s-i-l - amazing effort.

Great running/swimming everyone this weekend.
