FDNB I used to really enjoy our weekly track training sessions but even though the coach was assiduous in making sure we warmed up properly I always seemed to pick up a niggle of some sort.

Husband won’t fly, ITG 🇮🇸 , so it’s ferry or not at all :(
The new sailing from Denmark looks nice - but too expensive (40€ each for breakfast for example)
