Hope you're feeling better now Idris.

I have picked up my three new pairs of specs. (One lot are 😎) Why do they never look as good as I thought they did when I chose them?

Have just done a Nike hills intervals session. For just a 20 minute session I feel as if I'm doing something that's properly 'training'. Bonus, knee has survived :-)

Fab pics, ITG :) am trying to persuade Husband that he needs a passport, a north Europe road trip including a ferry to Iceland is on my bucket list, would be *much* cheaper to fly and hire a van, the ferry is extortionate

Lovely photos ITG and AR, I never knew ice clouds were a thing.

My hip is a bit sore today from my feeble attempts at sprinting on the track yesterday. I always seem to hurt something when I try to sprint :( . It’s improved a bit from having a gentle walk today though.

I would never go by ferry unless I neesed to transport a bunch of stuff or car. I did it once (to bring bunch of stuff) and it is nothing special. Very much a "ferry" and not a ship.

Even better: just found out my clouds are called "Glitský" in Icelandic.

And my friend reckons they are the Bifröst bridge to Ásgaarð!
