Morning peeps,

I no longer class myself as English (well I was born in England and only lived there for four years)

Glad to see the weather as improved again so let’s see if I can get outside for run.

Welsh are proper Celts but English people are allowed to eat haggis now because of EU equalities law. That might soon change if the Brexit bonfire bill goes through. Only proper Scots may slag off the bagpipes.

Also: being Scottish is a state of mind. I have lived more than half my life outside of Scotland. I also only get Scottish for Burns' Suppers and the ocassional session at the pub when I am home. And football. When I am not being Icelandic or Italian because Scotland hasn't qualified. Which is always.)

Morning all! I regard myself as a mongrel - born and brought up in Wales, have now lived in England for 50 years, but with my grandmother's Italian genes also in the mix. This gives me a broad enjoyment of 6 Nations rugby (though *always* Wales first, there!)

Still in bed but must get up soon. Those 10 miles won't run themselves!
