Bagpipes are my musical hate. Along with Abba.

We are back in Chez Vegas. Both a bit knackered but a good weekend overall.

Had a nice run alongside the beach at lunchtime before showers, food and heading home.

Thank you for all the haggis info, ITG and others. I'll have a look in Tesco tomorrow. And as we do have an Actual Real Butcher in town (as opposed to a butchery supermarket area) it is possible they could get me one.

Being in Wales I'm not sure that I count as a sassenach. The word 'sassenach' is clearly related to 'saesneg', which is Welsh for English (the language).

Evening all. I've blogged briefly about my race which was OK. Thanks for all the good luck wishes!

Hoping I can get a 10 mile or 2 hour run done tomorrow, because this week is looking a bit busy for running much.

Morning all. We actually managed a walk yesterday as the ice is thawing so that was lovely. I may try a little run tomorrow - Wattbike before work today. I’m also in Wales, Columba, but fear I am a sassenach as I’m English!
