Just back from doing a run from c25k week 2. Loved going round the local nature reserve with headtorches. It seems a sensible way to build up my run times and see what my body likes...

Well done everyone, and hugs for those in need bighug

The bridge was shut and town gridlocked, so no club session for me tonight. Did an alternative near home with Mr Carp, the dog, and another clubmate unable to get to training.

White supremacist/antisemitic tropes rather than directly threatening. Clearly copied from Norwegian lot, in turn copying US extremists. I feel a bit less secure than I did this afternoon, which I know is irrational. There are not more of these folks but it is rare for them to be deliberately visible up here.

Anyway, back to running, walking, cycling, swimming, resting and cats. Did I miss anyone?

Morning!
Think the worst of the lurgy is over. Just a bit bunged up now. Will be very sensible though and take it easy for a few more days. Thinking of doing a run/walk or probably a walk/run on Saturday to ease my legs back in and to see how I am.
