But grey and damp here this morning but it's promised to get better as the day goes on. Too rough for a swim though so a run it'll be :-)

Did I say 'bit grey and damp'? I got soaked to the skin (even through my normally excellent Mountain Warehouse jacket) walking the dog. There were as always some hardy folk in the sea but I'm waiting for the promised improvement in the weather before I go for my run!

Afternoon all

Pothunter - same here sore throat but negative test. Grandkids have had a throat infection so will no doubt be that.

Very windy here on the coast, dog walk done, some sorting of photos done, some gardening done.

Lunch time and then will do an early dog walk hopefully before the rain arrives later

Thanks. Everything a bit achy at the moment. Hopefully I can throw it off tomorrow and be ok on Friday. It’s 50/50 at best for Saturday :-(
