Morning! Need to do a food shop this morning, so hope to run lunchtime. Only 5k on the cards today since I'm tired, I've run loads this week, and time is short today. Back to work tomorrow - booo!

Aw, don’t tell me I saw Brodie and didn’t realise?! We were sat across from a table that had a few babies. I think there was a newborn there too with a good head of hair!

No running from me today. 14 miles in two days is my weekly average at the moment so won’t run until parkrun.

Very cold but beautiful in the park this morning with the frost. My hands got so cold I couldn't bring myself to take my gloves off and swap them for boxing gloves. We chased the patches of sunshine when it finally came up. I think I'm still thawing out now.
