Well I am still here... but a flight to Egilsstaðir went so at least this end is ok. Risk is now bad weather up north so we can't land.

mulbs, my PT likes to do a bit of boxing training, just me hitting his pads for a while, usually before moving onto other stuff, usually involving kettle bells and rubber bands.

Such a nice day I went out on my bike after lunch. Very early on I realised that my legs didn't want to play so I just collected my bugs and came home again.

Dipps could you add Powderham Castle 5 mile race on April 2nd to the sode bar for me please? I've been a bit of a wimp and just gone for the 5 mile instead of the 10 mile (it's off-road and probably hilly!)
