Ah, it's a pool swim but it's a nice pool, they use UV light to cleanse it so it's not too chloriney.

For the past few years, I've run without gloves, my reasoning being that I was becoming dependent on them when they weren't really justified. Handy for keeping keys in, though!

Belated morning all. Cold and sunny here. Will do a short run in a bit, but my knees don't fancy much more than 3 miles today. It will have to do!

Morning all. Bit of a struggle today as FiL is getting increasingly frail and not helping himself. ION we seem to be infested with wasps & I have no idea how they are getting in. I have evicted half a dozen over the last two days. I have no problem with wasps. It’s just that they belong outside.

Very late visit from me today - am off on hols from tomorrow so today was the usual running around like a headless chicken at work when everyone wanted a piece of me!

Happy with tonights run though - 4 miles with no walking including the ridiculous hill. Not done that for as long as I can remember. Yay!

Lovely run with my C25k group - they did 20 minutes non-stop, it's such a milestone!

AL, ours was 28 mins last night, but the guy in charge tells them to keep going to the end of the route if they can. They all did, it made me do it too. :)

Club monthly run this evening, I was a bit slower than last month, but then I hadn't run the day before then.

Just back from a self defence class - was very informative, scary and so pleased I went. May do some more.

My ds is on 28 mins C25K at the moment as well. He did 29 mins yesterday.
