Biscuit came and curled up next to me on the bed, then decided duvets were actually awesome, burrowed himself under it, and curled up again dog

Struggling hard to find the motivation to get out for a run. Lunch and a nice sit down seems like a much more attractive option.

Just over 3 and a half miles done with the running club's walk-to-run group; though this time there was very little walking, and some steep hills.

Carp - what they're all saying. 48 hour rule, and then getting frowned at if you're off sick? Damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

Hi gonks. Am teaching tomorrow night, so been prepping for that.

Did a run earlier and it was lovely. I wore gloves, a hat and a wind jacket though. Hello autumn!!!!

That reminds me I need to buy some new gloves. I wore mine for the first few miles on Sunday but they fell out of my shorts at Canary Wharf. I tried to scoop them up but almost stacked it! Wasn’t going to stop and go back for them either.

I didn't keep the hat on for the whole run but I always walk for around 5-10 minutes before a run as a warm up so I was glad to be wrapped up.
