I have no idea what happened, Carp Just total agony to run, walk, stand, sit, lie down, wing walk on a vintage plane, pole dance, etc
Swimming, however, is pain free

Oh Bint, that's awful. You need a flotation tank, or something.

You'd be fine on the Thames Path right now then, Bint. I understand that's pretty much just the Thames.
No running has occurred here since Saturday beginners (unless you count the 2 miles run/walk with the dog on Monday, which I suppose I should). The weekend flew by. Yesterday I was at a funeral in the afternoon and didn't feel like running when I got home.
I will do my best to make up for this at the weekend, all things being equal.

Afternoon. Really bored at w**k. Skip has arrived so we are starting to empty our desks and cupboards.
Hope everyone gets a run in at some point. Not me today, but I will go to the gym.

I was encouraged by the email which predicted it would probably dry out a bit before Saturday, however I'm still incredibly nervous. I hope I find someone to chat to/run with a bit.
