Haha Kim as you know I'm just round the corner.
Ditched the spin today as I had a bit of a migraine today at work but really want to give it a go so will take on board what you have said. Used a heavier weight at pump today so feel I have worked. Hopefully I won't have the same aches tomorrow as last week.

Tomorrow I have 2 hours to kill before picking Alfie up from nursery so can get my mid week longer run in straight from work. I'm sure I will get things to fall into place without burning myself out in the process.

Ah yes, Um, they changed the route after the year I did it because of flooding, and then decided to stick with the 'inland' route (we ran along the river bank). I think those of us who did the original route were disappointed with that decision.

LG for half an hour, is there an open gym to do some light stretching, squats, etc?
90 min I would probably run - if I could run. I would not want to be inside all that time.

7 miles locally for me this evening. Increasing the lumpiness gradually.

Cracking bike ride with a group of mates. 22 miles done and came home to a bowl of apple pie and custard from the sister in laws dad (lives opposite) just what was needed

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
