Morning Just read back 103 messages!
Really busy weekend running and home sorting, so got left behind.
Sorry you feel so rough ITG. Happy birthday to thread relatives. Don't blame you got not swimming - it was freezing out there at 6am this morning.
Have a great day all.

Happy birthday to thread relatives and lemon drizzle has to be my fav cake.
Gorgeous dog walk this morning with a sunrise. Cold and crisp and could have walked for miles if it wasn't for that work thing getting in the way.
Social bike ride tonight Am hoping it doesn't upset the foot.

Morning all! Looks as if it's a nice day out there - wish I could be out in it! The mornings are getting lighter though - not driving to work in pitch black anymore
Haven't really caught up but hope you and yours have a smashing day!

Morning
ITG - sorry to hear you're still not feeling 100%
Right - off for a run now (bug-squishing!) then a shower, some computer-ing and a spot of lunch before some slightly less energetic short-mat bowls.
Been meaning to go and see the Severn Bore for years & years. There is one on Friday morning so off for a recce tomorrow to suss out the area we are heading for and checking the parking options (2 car parks + 1 pub we know about).

Morning
Beautiful frosty morning here, took a couple of Fetchpoint bugs to be squished up on the heath - birdsong through the RSPB was lovely
Sick day sounds like it's needed and justified ITG, gws!
Give the dodgy foot plenty of time MM - PF is a bastard that won't be rushed into healing
forgot all else ((()))

Enjoy the Bore, it’s beautiful/weird, the current spring tide is even impressive here. Enjoy your ride tonight Mandy, the foot behaves, I’m sure it will, think you ride clipped in, being a proper cyclist 🚵♀️
Commiserations & GWS for migraine & flu, both are vile. Definitely noting the slightly longer daylight, birds are too, great singing this morning. I might have to drag the Mr. out for some fresh air & exercise, an unexpectedly stunning day here.

You're having a right old time of it at them moment ITG. Hope you get over it all very soon.
You're definitely a 'proper' cyclist MM. You've done sportives and finks.
Back to ice scraping on the 'no longer a secret' LandRover this morning Demisting is always interesting as it doesn't have the greatest heater in the world. In fact it doesn't really have a heater much at all. It does however still put a massive smile on my face every time I drive it.
