Sorry to hear your PF's still troubling you MM
ITG you need to think about getting your back much, much stronger than before - certainly if it's a joint or disc issue. As my physio said to me, "your joints are stuffed, your discs are stuffed but you still have muscles so we're going to work with them."
Boo to viruses FDNB.
Nice one Dipps, hope your day went well post-run.
Sounds hairy AR!

Managed a ten mile run (well, run/walk) today. There was a quite a bit of weather around but at least it's ticked off on the training plan.

Friend's surgery went well. I'm not sure if it was an ablatiom.

Well done Bint!
I ran to pottery and back but otherwise have been glued to my laptop sending emails and doing admin and social media stuff. People do this for fun?!

Tomorrow I’m off to the IoW with FM, woohoo!

Hm, you'd be amused by the stress over trying to put together a Twitter feed for the band. One person has vetoed every single proposal for the banner photo, and I eventually handed a load of photos over to her so she could come up with something she preferred. Nine days and not a peep out of her.

At least she's looked at the page; the others claimed they couldn't because they're not on Twitter. It's a public account...

Boo to more viruses and feet being stupid :( Hurrah for plumbing action and skiing :)

I ran 10k this evening :) it was ace :)
Much better than my cycle commute which was ok apart from the wind in the morning, but added cold and rain to the wind for the journey home.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
