Not sure if I will run today. ITB and ankles complaining a bit. Might do a gentle couple of miles.

Morning! Poor night's sleep but I suppose that's often the way after a race.
Stretching class this morning but I really don't know if I've the energy for track this evening.
Sorry to hear that you're in such a sorry state ITG

International Troublemaking Grouch
Physio was nice and says I am still on the right track but just need to keep carrying on cautiously and go back a week or two in my recovery plan. It's frustrating but feeling glum about it isn't going to make me any better and is demotivating me from doing the exercises I need to do to keep on track.
Please send Sharktopus to make me do my exercises and stretches.
I dare say I'll feel better when I stop feeling so nauseous and cramped.
I've just been told my colleague had a heart something (not an attack, I don't think, but a warning). He needs his arteries opened a bit today (don't know what it is in English or Icelandic; I don't think it is a bypass or anything quite that dramatic). Of course I'm worried about him but I also suspect I'll be called into "emergency" teaching to fill some gaps.

(ITG) please do your stretches and exercises it is really important to strengthen That’s good news MM sleep is also a great cure-all Mid run. This has the makings of a tough week so I’m really pleased I’ve got out, I hope it isn’t at the expense of knuckling down to some work

ITG Sharktopus says that stretching and exercises are important, and that if he neglected his he wouldn't be able to squeeze through tiny holes.
Good night's sleep is a wonderful thing Mandy
Well done Seren
