Morning all!
Woken early by my alarm this morning - my alarm is an increasingly incontinent geriatric Labrador, she barks to go out earlier and earlier these days, poor old girl
Anyhoo, run and bike planned later. Hope everyone is making a speedy recovery on the injury bench, there seem to have been a lot of us there of late.

Morning Sounds like a good bike ride MM with the triathlon training! ITG (()) you seem to be having a rubbish time, between all that recent stress at work, then your back, seems unfair for the rest of your body to join in! Hope the sun is now appearing above the mountains every day now at least... Sad when they get old like that Sweetie

That’s a special Labrador alarm though you might not appreciate it everyday. Morning everyone including new people & any lurkers, great to see you :-), I just caught up from yesterday.
Definitely proper cyclist, MM, & proper refuelling yesterday. LD, good to hear all’s well with lake 32 & our cows group

The asterisks are stars Columba - each bore is graded on how high the tide (and thus how big the wave) is due to be. The spectacular ones are 5*.
I think I'll go for a bijou run-ette today as I'd rather finish the month on 80+ rather than nearly 80.

MA *waves to lurkers and posters * ((ITG)) Impressed you kept it secret so long CStar Missed train, calf sore, work piling up, horrid talk yesterday about yr5 school residential end Feb. Everyone is very jolly about outward bound type trips but the few I went on dented my confidence such that it took years for me to enjoy sport

OB trips are a bit hardcore for y5 aren't they? I'd have hated them too (still would, come to that!)

Fierce and Focused Fleecy
My kids enjoyed both theirs, Dipps, hopefully they’ve improved over the years. I just had a flashback to band camp, which was at a local sports centre, one year we had an evil woman in charge of our building and she made everyone in the building (there were 5 buildings I think) get up early and run round and round a running track. What a bitch, it was horrible

I remember going to Leeson House, just outside Swanage in the junior school, we did lots of walking and the weather was very showery. It was exciting to sleep in a dormitory, just like in the Enid Blyton books. I think the food was pretty crap though.
