LG - you don't really want to know but if I said a collection of things that get swilled down plugholes compressed together you'll get the idea.
Finally got my kit on this morning and went for a run (4.5mls). Will be getting my kit off this evening for a swim, steam & sauna session

14 miles done today as 2 runs - part 1 was 6 with Sophie and then we met the other RR crew and did 8 as a group. Re-starting the watch definitely makes this feel easier but my legs are officially tired. Can I have permission to do very little for the rest of the day? *hands note in*

I have also run. A sedate 6.5 miles but that's good for me

Excellent running AL, WM, and LD. I had to cope with wind issues this morning; good job i wasn't wearing my running hat.

Ran round and round the hilly, muddy woods. PaulaMc popped up at half way and it was bloody lovely to see her
