Hi all ran a test run for a new planned Parkrun think it is to be called Prospect which is the name of the Park. It is in Reading runs along side the A4. Very wet under foot I was slipping all over the place nice gentle run home left pinktinkbmc scanning. Goofee blogged yesterday about the Parkrun he was RD today :-)

Oh, thought I’d said GoodMorning:-) earlier, but forgot that too.

Back from a lovely ride in time for a very scenic sunrise, plenty of stops to look at & for things, & too many cute dogs wanted to say hello, without clawing me, bonus.

Morning! Today, I dislodged a stinky fatberg in my nightie then swam 1k ninja

I had a good long shower with lots of soap in between.

I should clarify that I was in the nightie, not the fatberg.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
