International Troublemaking Grouch
Ice was so bad this morning, the police sent out a warning so I came to the gym to run. Back started up after 18 min so I quit and did a few stretches.

Back humbug.

Parkrun was cold, wet, muddy and a bit of a chore, to be honest. Still, it's another few miles on the clock.

Happy Birthday SarahWoo

14 Mile long run completed this morning which included Bracknell Parkrun.Tried to hold on to CStar’s coat tails for a 28 min paced run but the 10 miles before hand just meant the legs didn’t quite have it today neither did the head ha ha.

But that is Parkrun 99 Completed now to think about is and when to do 100 and whether or not to use it as an all out, balls to the wall effort run and go for some for Of PB????

Bint I need to look into running some of the NDW soon as I start to think beyond Brighton Marathon and the month ‘break’ before my 1st 50 Miler.....

Still lurgified here, but hoping to get out for some kind of shuffle round the country park tomorrow - even if only a walk, just to get some fresh air.

Thanks to Bracknell pr for letting the massed ranks of Sandhurst Joggers take over this morning. We had 16 pacers :-) V proud of being absolutely spot on *polishes halo*

RA - 100th at Bracknell obviously :-) but can it not be next weekend as I have promised to take DS2 to Rushmoor for a flat return to pr'ing after a 2 year break away ;-) Will be 125 for me and 98 for DD2.

Enjoy your 200 next weekend LG :-)

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
