Mooring :-)
Fit test today. Smashed last month's result, which in turn had smashed the month's before. Not sure how I'm doing this???

Maybe your range of movement wasn't limited as mine then...I expect your notes say 'Bionic Woman' :-)

Morning! Club run this morning. Hope my knee holds up.

Morning all

Bint I had pretty much the same with my wrist. I found a massage really helped the muscles.

Was too dark this morning on dog walk, after a bad night's sleep (or lack of it) I really struggled to get out of bed

Hmm, I think they ought to have sent you to the physio for an assessment at least.

Welcome to Lewisham, Carp.
It was the same on my discharge notes from the surgery it said I had been given exercises to do. I hadn't. It wasn't even mentioned. I found the ones I did online as a .pdf from another hospital.

And nice work, Teebee :-)

Woohoo Helegant.... So exciting!!

That's quite worrying Bint, glad you're being proactive (but wouldn't expect anything else!).

No idea how I'm doing so well now after doing bootcamp for just over 2.5 years. Only thing I've changed is doing the vast majority of runs at very easy pace - so most of my training is very easy on the body.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
